This guest essay on multi-donor funds by Clare Moberly and Cowan Coventry was commissioned by CIVICUS for the State of Civil Society Report 2015 focused on civil society resourcing.

The paper is based on a study conducted by INTRAC for Danida, Denmark’s development agency, in 2014 on multi donor funds, and a subsequent discussion paper produced for Fagligt Fokus, an initiative of the NGO Forum, Denmark.
