Molly joined INTRAC in July 2022 and remained a staff member until May 2024. She provided consultancy, in research, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) and organisational development, as well as project coordination and support in writing proposals. Molly works as an independent consultant.

Molly has a Distinction MA in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies and a First Class BA in International Relations with Spanish. Before joining INTRAC, she was UK Development Head for disaster-relief charity, All Hands and Hearts, where she was responsible for corporate partnerships and fundraising. She worked as a Research Consultant, exploring the impact of COVID-19 on affordable housing in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia, and undertook primary research to assess the impact of The Active Wellbeing Society.
