Bill is a consultant and trainer with over 18 years’ experience in organisational and community development. Experience in the NGO sector has been gained from living and working overseas in Central and Eastern Africa and the Middle East.
Core areas of expertise include participatory training, evaluations, training field staff and agency staff in participatory techniques of community development and training of trainers.
