- Our network is a community of practitioners – freelance, those with links to other networks and partner organisations, and INTRAC staff – hosted by INTRAC.

- To equity and respecting the experiences and perspectives of network members and the people we work with, from similar and different backgrounds and contexts
- To bring to the network and supporting likeminded practitioners from, Africa, MENA, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America
- Our network provides a space to share ideas, resources and learning. We aspire to learn from each other’s experiences, and to influence and share these among us and the broader sector, through:
- Regular communication
- Learning and discussion events and resources, both those run by our network and through attendance and promotion at those outside the network
- Our network provides a space for professional development and opportunity, through:
- Collaboration between INTRAC network members and staff on specific assignments
- Informal learning relationships
- Links to professional development support
- Sharing and discussing paid and voluntary work and opportunities.
