In 2012, EveryChild decided to close all of its international programmes through a carefully managed process, and to transfer its income and assets to a new global alliance called Family for Every Child. The organisation drafted a set of Responsible Exit Principles, which it used to guide its exit from 18 partners in 15 countries over a three year period.
In 2014, EveryChild commissioned INTRAC to conduct a longitudinal evaluation of the extent to which they achieved their aim of exiting responsibly. This report presents the findings from the first phase of the evaluation.
