Richard is a reflective humanitarian practitioner working in the not for profit sector with specialisation in humanitarian coordination, WASH and management, in urban environments and some experience in shelter programmes. As an independent consultant for the last 7 years, he has worked in short term coordination & programme positions, undertaken humanitarian programme reviews/evaluation, developed and ran learning programmes. This builds upon over 20 years working for Oxfam, DFID and UNICEF in a variety of roles.
